Every Mountain Movers piece is custom made specifically for you, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. Before we engrave or print, we confirm your details and send a proof. Please review names, dates, spelling, and layout carefully before approving it.

If Something Isn't Right

We stand behind our work. If your order arrives damaged, or if we made a mistake that wasn't in the proof you approved (like a misspelling or the wrong item), contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
