Made to Order

Every Mountain Movers piece is made to order just for you. Please allow 2–5 business days for us to make your order, depending on demand. Busy seasons, holidays, and large or custom orders may take a little longer, and we'll let you know if that's the case.

Shipping

• We currently ship within the United States using USPS.
• Flat rate: $12.95 per order.
• Free shipping on orders of $75 or more.
• Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. You'll receive tracking information when your order ships.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available in Honesdale, PA. Choose "Pickup" at checkout and we'll reach out to set up a pickup time once your order is ready.

Bulk, Business & Group Orders

Timelines and shipping for larger orders are quoted individually. Contact us with your quantity and deadline.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll make it right.
